Scheduling and Reservations
Please be mindful of drop-off and pick-up arrangements when making your reservation. Last-minute cancellations are problematic for both the spay/neuter coordinator and the clinics. Proper planning ensures the smooth operation of the program and allows others the opportunity to use this service.
- Pets are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis from a waiting list.
- Due to limited space in the van, it’s crucial that you show up on time or cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you cancel your appointment, you will be moved to the end of the waiting list.
- Lynchburg Humane Society’s Spay/Neuters are typically on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
- Augusta County SPCA’s Spay/Neuters are typically on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
