Volunteer Hold Harmless Agreement

Terms and Agreement *

I fully understand and agree to assume all risk involved in any and all duties that I perform as a volunteer or foster care provider for the Humane Society/SPCA of Nelson County, and I agree to hold the Humane Society/SPCA of Nelson County harmless for any injuries or damages that I might sustain during the course of such activities, wherever they may occur.

This waiver does include myself, all of my family members and descendants forever from seeking any legal action whatsoever against the Humane Society/SPCA of Nelson County, owners and operators of Almost Home Pet Adoption Center, and its officers, directors, employees, or representatives.

I have read and understand the terms and agree to comply with the Nelson SPCA's Volunteer Hold Harmless Agreement.
