We’re sorry to hear that the pet you took home did not work out as expected. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, or a pet may not be the perfect fit.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund of the adoption fees if the pet is returned within 30 days. For returns made after 30 days, we will provide a refund of half the adoption fees.
